Quick announcement everyone – in 2 weeks we will be moving our webstore bitriotmerch.com to the fixtstore.com platform.

We have been selling on fixtstore.com for over 2 years at this point and are 100% satisfied in the high level of service they provide and are confident that they will be able to serve as our main online store. While this was a difficult decision for us to make, the truth is, running a webstore that meets our standards is both expensive and difficult. By moving to fixtstore.com, our customers will be getting AMAZING customer service/support VIA FiXT as well as access to their excellent store platform. We hope this will be exciting to many of our customers who would prefer the ability to “one stop shop” at FiXT store.

In the meanwhile – as you may well know, the bitriotmerch.com webstore allows everyone to access their media for 1 year. While we will be continuing this system at fixtstore.com, previous order data will be lost once we move sites. This means that anyone who has audio they need to download from bitriotmerch.com should do so in the next 2 weeks. That said, if anyone should miss this window, we have records of all our old orders and we will be able to make sure you have access to the files you need once bitriotmerch.com goes down – just email store@bitriotrecords.com and we will sort you out.

Thank you everyone for your understanding. We are really stoked to move to fixtstore.com and hope everyone likes it as much as we do!

Eric Dusik
President, Bit Riot Records

In the final moments of the long, agonizing death that followed your beloved pet washing machine’s otherwise uneventful jaunt through the countryside, it beckoned you closer. “In July, and August, of 2011,” it murmured, coughing up socks and lint from the bullet holes now riddled across the smiley face you had so crudely emblazoned upon it, “Go see Everything Goes Cold at two San Francisco Bay Area shows.”

THAT’S RIGHT WE’RE BACK.

Having conquered the United States (and Canada, a little) EGC returns to their home planet to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and we’re all out of ass.

FIRST, THIS THURSDAY, JULY 21:

It’s a Baysplosion of epic proportion in San Jose, as EGC headlines Club Apparition with human-chicken-wallaby hybrids Savi0r, erotic industrial masseuses [syndika:zero], and probably another band but apparently not the one on the flyer because they cancelled or something.

Lido’s Nightclub
30 S First St., San Jose, CA
9pm
Ages 21+
$10

YEEEEEAH. This is a rare local headlining slot for EGC, which means more songs, more fun for us, and more crying for you.

THEN, ON AUGUST 2:

We get all up ins with our old nemeses, Dismantled, fresh off their recent US tour with Front Line Assembly. Did we tell you that FLA opened for US at Kinetik? Because that’s a thing that actually happened. YEAH. SUCK IT, ZON. We’re back at the DNA Lounge for the first time in over a year, and apparently Dismantled is bringing their new guitarist, with whom we all may be slightly familiar.

DNA Lounge
375 11th St., San Francisco, CA
Doors @ 8pm, show @ 9pm
All ages
$8 Advance, $13 Door

Come out and watch us act like we own the place just because we finished one lousy tour. If you’re lucky, you might even catch James, our guitarist, drunkenly yelling “DON’T YOU KNOW WHO I AM??” at security before he gets dragged out, kicking and screaming. If he does, feel free to charge him $10.

With the power of six thousand tiny dogs gnawing feverishly at your shins while you drag the desiccated corpse of your once vibrant tap-dancing career out behind the old dumpster to shoot it repeatedly until it finally stops squirming, EVERYTHING GOES COLD have returned to once more vomit the soulless, hateful noise that they call music upon cities all across the United States. And also Canada.

Desperately clinging to the cuffs of the increasingly gnarled slacks of the much more popular and palatable bands AESTHETIC PERFECTION and FADERHEAD, EGC will bring their magical gift of song to the following locales:

FROM DEEP IN THE SIBERIAN TUNDRA – Everything Goes Cold are terrified to announce the availability of their first new song since “vs. General Failure“, available exclusively with merchandise purchase from Combichrist on their upcoming tour with our comrades Aesthetic Perfection and Ivardensphere (and sometimes God Module), starting November 3! COMBI-ICED features the greatest song ever created by anthropomorphic appliances still dressed in fuzzy animal costumes for Halloween a week after all of your pumpkins have been smashed:

THE IRON FIST OF JUST DESTRUCTION.

Featuring guest vocals by Britanny Bindrim of I:Scintilla, this song will be the first look at “The Tyrant Sun EP“, the next release from EGC, and the final step in your grim, grim descent in to madness and despair.

Find your exclusive download code on the COMBI-ICED card in your merch bag, with a new label sampler from our dark overlords, BIT RIOT RECORDS, on the other side. Then go drink until you can’t see your own face after it has been torn from your skull and presented to you on a delightful holiday platter.

HELSINKI- Bavarian pretzel-fighters EVERYTHING GOES COLD have just been added to the bill for 2011′s FESTIVAL KINETIK in Montreal.

Joining the ranks of clearly less important bands like Aesthetic Perfection, And One, The Klinik, and KMFDM, EGC will undoubtedly feel right at home in the barren wastelands of darkest Canada while the other bands huddle together around Steve Naghavi’s undeniable charisma and unbridled sexuality for warmth. Industrial musicians, DJs, and fans from all over the world will slowly succumb to dread as toe after toe is lost to the grim specter of frostbite. Meanwhile, Everything Goes Cold will be in the hotel’s unheated swimming pool, eating ice cream and listening to Vanilla Ice.

You can come hang out with us there if you want, but you should bring beer or something.

To summarize, in the words of a great man (well, DarkNES from the Gothsicles): “HOLY SHIT. We’re playing Kinetik. That doesn’t rhyme.”
