In the final moments of the long, agonizing death that followed your beloved pet washing machine’s otherwise uneventful jaunt through the countryside, it beckoned you closer. “In July, and August, of 2011,” it murmured, coughing up socks and lint from the bullet holes now riddled across the smiley face you had so crudely emblazoned upon it, “Go see Everything Goes Cold at two San Francisco Bay Area shows.”

THAT’S RIGHT WE’RE BACK.

Having conquered the United States (and Canada, a little) EGC returns to their home planet to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and we’re all out of ass.

HELSINKI- Bavarian pretzel-fighters EVERYTHING GOES COLD have just been added to the bill for 2011′s FESTIVAL KINETIK in Montreal.

Joining the ranks of clearly less important bands like Aesthetic Perfection, And One, The Klinik, and KMFDM, EGC will undoubtedly feel right at home in the barren wastelands of darkest Canada while the other bands huddle together around Steve Naghavi’s undeniable charisma and unbridled sexuality for warmth. Industrial musicians, DJs, and fans from all over the world will slowly succumb to dread as toe after toe is lost to the grim specter of frostbite. Meanwhile, Everything Goes Cold will be in the hotel’s unheated swimming pool, eating ice cream and listening to Vanilla Ice.

You can come hang out with us there if you want, but you should bring beer or something.

Cyanotic and Unter Null Officially Announce “2010 Detox Tour” Dates.

Chicago’s genre-fusing techno-metalists CYANOTIC have officially announced dates for their upcoming “2010 Detox Tour” with dark electro project UNTER NULL.

The North American dates will feature CYANOTIC (with members of RABBIT JUNK), UNTER NULL and special guests to be announced in markets across Northern America with aggressive scheduling in both Canadian and US territories. In addition, there are planned promotional efforts such as scheduled in-store appearances, DJ spots, and festival performances promoting the tour as a whole.

CYANOTIC and UNTER NULL seem to share a similar direction and fan base, but are just different enough to pull in audiences and fans of industrial, rock, and EBM. The live shows will be a frenetic assault of audio and video, with full live backing bands playing against an onslaught of violent imagery to compliment the equally intense performances.

Both bands are touring in support of their latest 2010 releases.

Cyanotic Announces The Medication Generation Release Date. 3 Pre-order Options Now Available.

Mark your calendars and set your electronic alerts to stun because on July 6th, 2010 Bit Riot Records will unleash the best electronic metal album of the last ten years, The Medication Generation, from Chicago’s genre-fusing techno-metalists Cyanotic.

A conceptual effort, The Medication Generation is based on the making of the album itself, exploring the lives of Cyanotic and those around them, as seen through the eyes of frontman Sean Payne over the past three years. Twisting between cycles of self-destruction, over-stimulation and moments of clarity polluted by mass media and present day society The Medication Generation seems to have zero boundaries.

“Watching Sean craft this album over the last three years has been an amazing process,” shared Bit Riot label owner, Eric Dusik. “Every song has been meticulously crafted, revised and then molded into the coolest sample-laden, glitched-out industrial metal I have ever heard. Sean has poured himself into this album like never before and once Jamie came on board everything just came together. I am comfortable in saying that this is one of, if not the best, electronic rock/metal records in the last ten years.”

Cyanotic frontman Sean Payne along with producer and close friend Jamie Duffy (of Acumen Nation / DJ?
